[MPlayer-users] enable dvb support

Geez, dvb is a part of the kernel! You must recompile your kernel (if it 
isn't already supprot dvb). Then all needed headers will be istalled 
with the kernel. If you are using rpm-based Linux, you may install 
glibc-kernheaders package.
