[MPlayer-users] how to create thumbnail using mplayer?

Hi,

I used this command "mplayer  matrixpong.wmv -frames 1
-nosound -vo jpeg mp.jpg" to create a thumbnail, but
it create thumbnails for the entire movie.  How can I
just create one single thumbnail per movie?
