You can play that file if you force the ijpg (libjpeg )video codec
using -vc ijpg

what you get is a single frame (you have to be quick with the pause
key :)) with a 'click here to play video' message on the bottom. I get
the same with Qt6.5 in wine (i don't have a newer version available
atm), but nothing happens when i click on it.

A quick inspection of the file does not show any url, and there are no
extra tracks in the file (just track #0, video, with 1 frame).
