If you read carefully mplayer tips about numbers of aid and sid you
probably will try -aid 1 and -sid 1.
sid # has nothing with matroska track number, so the best advice is to
look ant this mplayer-supplied info.
Also, you can switch subtitles while playing if you will upgrade to CVS
from that, really ancient 1.0pre6.
