Once I succeeded to play flv file with mplayer, but I removed that file,
so could not provide log when it plays that format. But I looked at
ffmpeg sources, and found the sources for flv enc/dec. Please make sure,
that you libavformat/libavcodec libs compiled with flv support. I suggest
the way to rebuild ffmpeg from the sources, look at the log, be confirmed
that flv dec/enc sources are included in the build, then make mplayer
linked with that libs.
