[MPlayer-users] exctraction of a image from a movie

hi guys!

i have a problem:
i want to extract a image from a movie.
the image should fulfill following requirements:

>bitmap-File
>24 bit
>size 64x48 and 64x64 respectively
>a frame from anywhere inside the movie (for instance: frame 100)
>should be saved in the same directory as the movie-file
