Using a proxy to stream realrtsp over http is not supported yet.

Realrtsp does not uses live555 library, MPlayer implements it
internally (it's different from standard rtsp).

-rtsp-stream-over-tcp is useless with realrtsp, since it only supports
streaming over tcp (udp is not implemented).
