There isn't one.  You need to set up your system to be able to build 
32-bit binaries and then configure Mplayer with

./configure --target=athlon_xp --cc="gcc -m32" --as="as --32"

IF your system is set up properly, that will build a 32 bit Mplayer 
which can use the 32 bit codecs.
