I'll vote no. In this case, I'd say Matthias Wieser is equally
responsible, both by doing some flaming, and seemingly
intentionally trying to irritate Rich with his responses.  Alexander Noe
contributed as well.  Continuing a flamewar is bad, but only punishing
Rich would be unfair.  I don't think politeness should be mandatory,
either.
