Sandip, click on the following link and put in your email address
where it says "To unsubscribe from MPlayer-users, get a password
reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription
email address:"

It will then ask for the password that you originally chose and
will allow you to turn on digest mode. That will bundle posts
together (usually once per day) instead of sending them one at
a time.
