[MPlayer-users] Unable to decode TS stream after aspect ratio change

Hi!

I noticed the following bug while trying to transcode a free to air DVB-T TS
stream to x264 and Xvid. Mplayer/MEncoder will fail to properly decode the TS
stream after a aspect ratio change.

You can verify the bug with this sample (1.6M, 3 sec.)

Decodes fine on VLC, totally fails with Mplayer.
