[MPlayer-users] Watching a filmand recording it at the same time?

This method don't work because while the film is not recorded until the
end, mplayer can't open the file... (don't know why as it could read the
stream with 'mplayer -'?)
It says that it couldn't recognize the file...

I'm surely missing something there.
