[MPlayer-users] VP6 video codec

Hello,

I have the problem that I can't watch VP6 encoded videos with MPlayer 1.0pre8 
and the vp6vfw.dll from the Win32 Codec Pack. Now I have read that this mal 
be a bug in MPlayer 1.0pre8. But what can I do now to watch VP6 encoded 
videos?

-Using a current SVN snapshot (Has it been fixed?)
-Downgrade to an earlier version of MPlayer?
-Installing the DirectShow version of VP6? (Does anyone has tried this?)

Did anyone try one of these options successfully?
