Do I have to use any particular command line options to smoothen the image?

This file has multiple audio and video tracks,

============ ASF Stream group == START ===
 stream count=[0x6][6]
   stream id=[0x1][1]
   max bitrate=[0x8bdd][35805]
   stream id=[0x2][2]
   max bitrate=[0x5b9a][23450]
   stream id=[0x3][3]
   max bitrate=[0x4c6a3][312995]
   stream id=[0x4][4]
   max bitrate=[0x3e7fb][255995]
   stream id=[0x5][5]
   max bitrate=[0x1addb][110043]
   stream id=[0x6][6]
   max bitrate=[0xc70b][50955]
============ ASF Stream group == END ===
Found movie at 0x1B3D - 0x39EC3D
ASF: 2 audio and 4 video streams found
Auto-selected ASF video ID = 6
ASF: Searching for audio stream (id:-1).
Auto-selected ASF audio ID = 2

MPlayer autoselects the last audio and video tracks, but they are not
the highest quality ones.
You have to manually selects the best tracks looking at the bitrate
and using -aid and -vid, in this case try -aid 1 -vid 3
