[MPlayer-users] [Bug] Choppy video in mplayer svn

The following video works fine on Windows Media Player.
But it is *very* choppy in mplayer, impossible to watch.

If the video is 100% cached on disk, then mplyer plays it fine, but WMP
plays it fine caching only the few initial seconds.
It looks like mplayer is not receiving/caching the stream from the net while
playing it, only when idle, resulting in a set of 'bursts' of
fractional-second video.

Could someone else please confirm this behaviour?
