I don't get that error.  From the DVD, I get these:

  Skipping frame!
  *** libdvdread: CHECK_VALUE failed in nav_read.c:356 ***
  *** for dsi->dsi_gi_zero1 == 0 ***

>From the movie-camera AVI, I don't get the errors.
