Do NOT use --enable-live.
If you installed live555 library (=live directory) in /usr/lib, /usr/local/ or
/usr/local/lib, it is detected automatically.
If it is not detected, installation was wrong. (Did you compile libaries
successfully, did you copy the whole live directory?)

This parameter was removed in r21138. It is possible to use --with-extraincdir
and --with-extralibdir, but this is not necessary if one of mentioned
directories was used when installing live555 library.
