[MPlayer-users] LADSPA: TAP plugins doesn't work well with MPlayer

I got the  LADSPA  TAP plugin to run  with MPlayer.  Then I found out that it only works with some video files.  Some other file, the screen doesn't show up most of the time, and once in a while, I see the video, but no sound.  Should I direct this to LADSPA Tap plugin  developer or  this mailing list?  Thanks.
