In post before Carl Eugen Hoyos has pointed this video just doesn't
have enough frames to be seekable under mplayer.

Any idea how to fix it?

I need to be able to seek this video backwards and forwards in 10
seconds increments. I have tried :

mencoder fruit.mp4 -o fruit.avi -ovc lavc -oac lavc

but this just does not work. The problems are that : I get no audio,
missing the first frame, and decreased video quality.
The details of the input video are as follows:

% ffmpeg -i tea.mp4
FFmpeg version SVN-r11200, built on Dec 10 2007 11:07:42
Input #0, mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2, from 'tea.mp4':
  Duration: 00:03:59.9, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 1662 kb/s
    Stream #0.0(eng): Video: h264, yuv420p, 320x240 [PAR 0:1 DAR 0:1],
25.00 tb(r)
    Stream #0.1(eng): Audio: mp4a / 0x6134706D, 44100 Hz, stereo
    Stream #0.2(eng): Data: mp4s / 0x7334706D
    Stream #0.3(eng): Data: mp4s / 0x7334706D

BTW: I'm under impression that streams 0.2 and 0.3 are subtitles. Does
mplayer supports those?
