[MPlayer-users] MPlayer won't open filenames with non latin characters

Actually this comes because some users of my program (smplayer) reported some 
months ago that it couldn't open that kind of filenames. Those characters were 
lost somehow when passed to mplayer. At that moment I was using Qt 3 and I 
thought it could be a bug or limitation in it and I hoped that was fixed in 
Qt 4. Now I'm using Qt 4 but the problem was still there, I thought at first 
that maybe Qt was doing some sort of codec conversion with the filenames.

Well, at least I know there's nothing wrong in my program. I hope you can 
finally fix this bug but until then I can pass the short name to mplayer, so 
it's not a big deal.
