[MPlayer-users] Quick question, Can this be done with MPLAYER, running on Windows desktop 'GUIless'

Thank you, but I am seeking a non-full screen solution to my question.  Help!

Hopefully get a new job.  Just kidding, but seriously, the Windows GUI frame is what I am talking about.  Does no command line switches exist to achieve this effect?  Anyone know?
