Just a note, in case you were not aware: standard practice, as requested
by the bug-reporting guidelines, is to also upload a text file with a
matching name which contains a description of the problem. Without that,
you risk someone looking at the file, not being able to figure out what
was wrong with it, and putting it up as a candidate for deletion without
knowing that the problem has not been fixed.

Actually, it maps to exactly the same location; however, only
non-anonymous users are allowed to download from there. (IIRC, I no
longer have a non-anonymous account, as I'm no longer even a courtesy
developer.)
