Hello,

Thanks a lot Sebastian for taking the time to reply. My problem is still unresolved.

At last I was able to use another machine to see the mplayer output. On this machine (which is not mine) I can play the stream from the camera. Here is the output:

MPlayer 1.0rc1-3.4.6 (C) 2000-2006 MPlayer Team

However, on my machine I cannot still play the stream from teh camera. The out put is:

After this message, nothing happens.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me.

Thanks a lot.

Hm, sorry but I can't test that, I don't have any hardware for this.
Still, maybe someone else can. But please provide more info, most
importantly verbose output of MPlayer's messages. Be sure to read the bug
reporting guidelines from the docs, it will increase chances of getting an
answer here.
