what do you mean, that you replaced 4 cards or that you have more than 4 
dvb cards
in your pc? Atm only 4 cards are supported  by [av]o_mpegpes (but it's 
trivial to fix
if you need)

everything seems fine here. Maybe your drivers have some problem?
Are you sure the firmware is being uploaded correctly?
