[MPlayer-users] can mplayer streaming be added

What are the chances of mplayer streaming being added???

I have tried VLC as it supposedly does streaming but I cant get it to work.

mplayer is very nice but it doesnt do streaming.

My situation is I have a wvc200 linksys camera that only accepts 4 
connections.
I need about 20 connections. Mplayer plays the camera video just fine 
but the limit of 4 is bad.

Is this already in mplayer/mencoder and I dont know about it?
