[MPlayer-users] Requesting: more aggressive a/v sync checks for mplayer

Kind of related: mplayer desyncs when doing a frame advance.  (Audio
appears to play 8 frames while video plays 1.)

If a fix is not possible, I can see the workarounds
- Automatically resync whenever paused (could get annoying, replaying
audio, but would be nice for other things)
- If the audio's ahead while doing an FA, don't play it.
