[MPlayer-users] can I use mencoder to do this?

I need to copy a video exactly, the audio exactly, except that the audio 
channel I need to change from 'C0' to something else that my player will 
play automatically (I will figure out the ID later). So my question is: How 
can I just change the audio ID in my copy?
