With subtitles you'd have to specify with -sid 31 (or something high), 
as during playback the lesser numbers are found and you can toggle to 
them with the 'j'-key.

It's significantly better with direct input of "mplayer dvdnav://1 -aid 128". It should be mentioned, that it still starts with audio delay, bit in next 90 seconds there is no more delay and everything is ok (except that I cannot skip forward/backward with left/right arrows)

So at least I can watch it. But is it normal, that it still starts with delay, even with using of dvdnav?
