[MPlayer-users] Can I use mplayer to fix choppy audio in DVB-captured audio file?

Hello!

A friend of mine said me he was going to be interviewed today at 15:00 local
time. I programmed my DVB recorded to take the interview from the
DVB-broadcasted radio station, and I've found the audio was choppy and
slightly speedy.

Can I use mplayer to fix it? How?

If not, what application do you suggest me?
