[MPlayer-users] Playing a list of AVI videos onto a television system for 4 days solid, 24-7

Hello Folks, I have a question:

Question: How can one easily setup some "system" whether a computer or a specific device to play MPEG-4 (divx) encoded .avi videos to a television system that accepts say composite video and RCA L/R inputs? 

Note: This system is a hotel system that will designate a channel for this input so that all of the rooms can turn to a certain channel and will see the footage of videos (automotive films) throughout the automotive owners convention.

I look forward to your response with suggestions, etc.

We're talking bare bones options here, no real budget to be spending.
