[MPlayer-users] Won't start in xfce-4.4.0 on FreeBSD-6.2

MPlayer 1.0rc1-3.4.6 (C) 2000-2006 MPlayer Team


I have not been able to get mplayer or gmplayer to run.

However, it does display an error message regarding memory when I
attempt to run it. I have attached a copy of the screen capture to show
what I mean. I also placed a link to it here:

	http://seibercom.net/error.png

What can I do to get it to work correctly? The 'vlc' program works
flawlessly so I doubt that it is a system problem.
