How important is it to keep the width and height divisible by 16 when scaling? My video wants to scale to 720x405, but 405 is not a factor of 16, but 720x400 or 720x416 is. Is there a way to make the video 720x416, but keep the video part 720x405 by adding black space on top and bottom? Thanks! Sean
