spoke too soon...there is still green noise on the lowest few scan lines
using yadif=0.  Kerndeint does not do as good a job of deinterlacing
when there is fast motion, but kerndeint seems to preserve more quality
in the video than yadif does on my still images, and I don't get a green
noise effect.
