[MPlayer-users] Need help identifying / playing a CD

Hi all,
I'm trying to play what I think is a mixed mode CD in mplayer running on Fedora Core 5. The CD is the April 2006 Guitar World CD, and has 31 tracks of audio (session 1) and a 32nd track (session 2) of data/mode1. At least that's what K3b says it is.

I have tried a variety of commands such as:

mplayer -v vcd://
mplayer -v vcd://2
mplayer -v vcd://32

I have even tried to get vcdimager to look at it, but I'm not getting anywhere with that at the moment. I can play the audio tracks with XMMS, but just can't see the video lessons.

For giggles, I put the CD in a Windoze computer to see what I was looking for. Well, there are several folders, support for Mac Os, and a lot of videos with the .mov extension. At one time mplayer was complaining it didn't have avisynth.dll, so I installed that in /usr/lib/codecs.

At times, depending on what command line I use to attempt to play the CD, the STREAM guesses that the format is Arpi, but I have not tried to install for that.

Questions:
What do I have for a CD?
How do I play the video lessons with the audio?

I read somewhere on the 'Net that there is a bit of "trickery" involved in making the files visible in Windoze, because the data is one big file. Is it possible to somehow parse the data from the CD and merge it with another program? If mplayer won't play the video, perhaps I can rebuild it with the accompanying audio.

Output from mplayer -v vcd://
