[MPlayer-users] no video but only sound in running SOME .rm files

Also anytime you changed the codecs, you need to recompile mplayer.

So I always start in my home directory.

tar -jxvf essential-20061022.tar.bz2
cd essential-20061022
cp * /usr/lib/codecs (you do have to be root for this command)

Then recompile mplayer.
