'theora_encoder_example -h' says:

encoder_example accepts only uncompressed RIFF WAV format audio and
YUV4MPEG2 uncompressed video.

how do i generate YUVMPEG2 uncompressed video with mencoder? how do i
pass the audio AND the video from mencoder to theora_encoder_example?
