check ./configure --help

I think you'll find that that option is outdated and no longer supported. In
other words, that
option no longer exists.

just move the live directory to /usr/lib/ and ./configure will automatically
find it.

live555's documentation says you can't just copy part of it, you have to
copy the whole build directory.

mv -v  /home/ratin/live /usr/lib/
