They can't coexist. Live555 will be disabled if libnemesi was 
detected.

According to this manual, I have successfully build, wrote a spec, 
created rpm and installed libnemesi on my system. (Hint just use 
autoreconf -i).

Note, you need netembryo in order to do this. You may take it 
sources from the site above, whilst I used this srpm:
http://rathann.fedorapeople.org/review/netembryo-0.0.4-0.1.20071011git.src.rpm
Though, you use windoze, so I can't help you with this issue.
