[MPlayer-users] gmplayer displays just a crop of an mp4, sample file

Interesting. Why would the "Resolution" be 320x240 but the "Resolution 
(bitstream)" be 640x480? It looks like an encoding error or a container 
formatting error that VLC -- possibly improperly -- compensated for, 
that MPlayer didn't until given the -demuxer lavf option. So, the 
question is whether MPlayer should honor the "Resolution" or the 
"Resolution (bitstream)" if one is somehow more correct. Again, I don't 
know the QuickTime spec very well, so someone who does would be better 
able to address this issue.
