There was a problem with the last build I had up because I compiled it
on a Leopard machine and didn't get the 10.4u SDK compilation right.
That doesn't look to be the issue you are having.
Regardless, I have posted a new build. Try and see if you still have
problems. Inability to run on 10.4 should be solved but don't have a
10.4 machine to test on.
