Still not found wrong place. Now, try to add two '-v' into the mplayer
command line and start and quit once init finished.
Notice the output is huge when two '-v' is used.
You need to cut the part between the line 'VIDEO:  [XVID]...' and the
line 'Opening audio decoder:', and this part will include the detail
vo preinit debug output.
