That's not correct, check your output.gz sent to this thread, with a
'-v' in the commandline there at least has one line:
Error opening/initializing the selected video_out (-vo) device.
With two '-v' in commandline will produce a huge output, I don't think
you run mplayer with two '-v' or give the correct part here.
