[MPlayer-users] Trouble with realtime transcoding

Maybe your processor just isn't fast enough to do this in real time? "-q 
0" is the highest quality/most
cpu intensive choice in lame. Try "-q 9". If that works, just keep 
decreasing the q value until you get
the best compromise between quality and cpu usage.
