[MPlayer-users] DVD subtitles problem

Hi!
I can't see any subtitles when playing DVD, but I can extract them and play
than... Strange.
mplayer -v -sid 1 dvd:// # doesn't work
mencoder dvd:// -ifo movie.ifo -vobsubout subtitles -vobsuboutindex 1 \
-vobsuboutid cs -sid 1 -nosound -ovc copy -o /dev/null
mplayer -vobsub subtitles dvd:// # works o.k.
Isn't that strange?
