[MPlayer-users] zooming video whilst playing

Thanks for the reply.

Ah I see. I looked at panscan before and it didn't seem to do the
right thing as it cuts off the right and left bands and I really
wanted to cut of the top and bottom.

But if you are in a video output driver that works (eg. xv not sdl)
and full screen mode, pan scan will cut off the right and left bands
expanding the rest to fit the screen.
