the commit that "broke" frameskip for mkv was r25951; "Allow demuxers to 
choose a default value for correct_pts" 

after the commit, correct_pts is by default enabled for mkv while 
previously it wasn't.  what really appears to be the problem is that 
correct_pts breaks frameskip.

using the options -no-correct-pts -framedrop resumes the old correct
behavior.  also, at least going by the man page, -no-correct-pts should
actually be -nocorrect-pts so as to match the other 'flag' option 
counterparts.
