The command you have just posted will not "save" the file with the
subtitles, it will transcode the video: decode it, hardcode the subtitles
into it, and encode it in a new codec (possibly the same as the original
one, that is you to decode).

Transcoding implies a huge loss of quality and/or bitrate.

Furthermore, you are not tuning the codec options at all, which means even
more loss of quality.
