First, you have to properly define your needs. Hardcoding the subtitles in
the video is rarely a good idea in the first place. If you want to do it, it
is probably that you have constraints, or that you think you have: you have
to accurately define these constraints, in order to find the optimal way to
satisfy them.

By the way, please avoid Cc-ing people when you reply on lists such as this
one.
