The documentation at the mplayer website mentions no requirement of 
dvdnav, and many Google searches suggest dvd:// with -chapter works, 
because it's part of many recommended command lines. Unfortunately, I 
simply get the whole title, both with mplayer and mencoder, when 
attempting to constrain it.
