With "-nosound", frame-by-frame is ok.
Probably there are troubles in my OS sound configuration.
My firefox frequently lock the sound subsystem after playing flash videos from web pages. 
Probably this may leed to frame-by-frame troubles in mplayer.
I will investigate my sound configuration.
